Air Fryer Bread Pudding Recipe – Easy with Four Ingredients
The air fryer is a surprisingly handy kitchen appliance. Did you know that an air fryer can recreate many dishes that would otherwise seem complex?
Recently, I attempted a bread pudding using the air fryer. There are only four basic ingredients required. But, feel free to include additional ingredients to elevate it.
Air Fryer Bread Pudding Ingredients
Two Eggs
150ml Fresh Milk
2 tablespoon Sugar (White/Brown)
A handful of White Bread, Shredded
1) Whisk two eggs and milk in a bowl. Optional: Add vanilla extract to enhance the flavour and texture.
2) Add shredded bread pieces into an aluminium foil bowl (~15cm diameter).
3) Sprinkle sugar over the surface. Here, you can also add your favourite ingredients like blueberries and bananas.
4) Air fry for 16 minutes at 160 degree Celsius.
And, I got a bread pudding with a caramelised crust and soft chewy inside. There is also a hint of sweetness.
