Arteastiq DePatio, Plaza Singapura – Garden-themed Restaurant for Pizzas and European Street-style Dishes

Arteastiq DePatio, a garden-themed restaurant by Arteastiq Group, has recently revamped its menu this month. Coined as The Courtyard of Chefs, savour a delectable range of modern European street-style dishes carefully crafted from the kitchen.

Situated at level three of Plaza Singapura, Arteastiq DePatio gives a warm vibe that’s perfect for a casual get-together over food and drinks.

The menu is extensive, from small plates and oysters to mains, pizzas for sharing and desserts.

The gourmet pizza section has included new and interesting flavours/toppings like Foie Gras $55, Duck Leg Confit $39, Squid Ink $39, Anchovy $35, Mutton Curry $35 and the luxe Boston Lobster $59.

The pizza dough is also another highlight. Having been fermented for 72 hours, it is hand-tossed and freshly baked with ingredients in the wood-fired oven. The crust is exceptional – crusty, rustic-looking and airy with a slight chew.

Lovers of the delicacy would find the Foie Gras gourmet pizza an exciting and hearty combination.

The duck foie gras are pan seared while remaining soft and creamy within. They are spaced evenly alongside avocado puree and figs, atop a pizza base of mozzarella cheese and sweet oriental barbecue sauce.

A recommended dish, the Roasted Bone Marrow $29 stole the limelight for its melt-in-the-mouth texture and rich umami flavour. Crowned with tender escargots in a pool of delicious garlic butter sauce, this is heavenly.

Meanwhile, the Spicy Flower Clam $20 boasts a generous portion of clams doused in a light cream sauce, upped with a hint of spiciness.

The Hummus $16 is one of my favourite sides. It might be quite salty for some due to the addition of smoked herring.

Otherwise, simply enjoy the savoury, briny flavours with the crusty garlic naan.

A must-try, the Baby Squid Truffle Risotto $28 is served with very tender grilled baby squids and truffle shavings, further enhanced with the aroma of truffle oil.
