Avocado Toast with Eggs Recipe – Simple Breakfast at Home
Who doesn’t love an avocado and egg combination? Moreover, this breakfast toast is healthy and easy to make at home too!
Pair with jammy eggs, do you prefer mashed or sliced avocado? Let’s make both!
To make these eggs with a soft runny centre, place them in boiling water for 5.5 minutes. Then, remove them and quickly put them in ice water. This makes peeling the eggshells easier.
To prepare your toasts, either chunk them into a toaster or lightly heat them on a pan.
Ingredients (Mashed Avocado Toast with Sesame Egg)
1 Egg
1 Toast
1/2 Avocado
Black and White Sesame Seeds
Garnishes (Parsley, Black Pepper, Mixed Herbs)
1. Prepare a bowl with black and white sesame seeds. Roll an egg in until the sesame seeds fully cover it. Set it aside.
2. Mash half an avocado with a fork on a slice of toast.
3. Slice the egg in half. Marvel at the glorious golden flow.
4. Garnish with seasonings of your choice.
Ingredients (Sliced Avocado Toast with Egg and Tomato)
1 Egg
1 Toast
1/2 Avocado
2 slices of Tomato
Black and White Sesame Seeds
Garnishes (Parsley, Black Pepper, Mixed Herbs)
1. On a slice of toast, add two tomato slices.
2. Slice and spread half an avocado over it.
3. Using a spoon, sprinkle sesame seeds across the avocado.
4. Add an egg and slice it in half. Oh, look at that runny centre.
4. Garnish with seasonings of your choice.
