Beer Factory Singapore – Western x North Indian Bar Grubs & Happy Hour

Church Street is rather popular for an evening of bar grubs and boozes. Especially on a Ladies Night or TGIF, you would see this district coming to life as the white-collars head out for some chillax moments with their colleagues and friends.

For a good mix of Western and North Indian cuisine alongside beers, Beer Factory hits all the right spot for a chillax night’s out. Some beers to tap on include RedDot BrewHouse craft beers, Brick by Brick’s Naked Seal, Svyturys Ekstra and more. Come by for Happy Hours too!

Food portions here are generally for sharing, including their finger food, while seasoned meats spiced up your taste buds and appetite for more beer to come. Of course, besides the extensive beer range and competitive alcohol promotions, there’s also the wines, liquors and cocktails for those who seek a different feel.

Indian finger food starts at $10 with signatures such as the Veg/Onion Pakora $10, and Indian-Chinese fusion dishes like the Schezwan Paneer $12, Paneer Pepper Salt $12, Gobi Manchurian $11 and Chicken Fried Rice $12.

The ones we had were seriously flavoursome. If you love cottage cheese and spices, the Schezwan Paneer would satisfy with its saucy, sweet and spicy bite-size cheese.

Pile on a handful of addictive crunchy Veg Pakora nicely seasoned yet equally palatable.

The classic Western snacks begin with wings, nuggets and all kinds of fries – Chicken Spam Fries $12, Truffle Fries $12, Cheese Fries $11 and so on. There are also 8-inch pizzas up for grabs, pastas, sliders and platters.

Choose between Chicken $13 or lamb $14 or a mix of Both $16 for the sliders. Instead of round flattened patties, these come in the form of sausages loaded between tomato, cucumber, pickles and shredded vegetables.

Can’t decide? Simply go for the platters for everything.
