A 2-day-1-night staycation at Berjaya Waterfront Hotel was nothing but splendid.

The fourteen-storey view from the window of my room was beautiful, overlooking the sea and city. Depending on which room you get, some might be facing the deep blue sea or the rest of Johor Bahru.

Berjaya Waterfront Hotel is a few minutes ride from the custom. A short distance away from the bustling streets, here you can relax, take a dip at the swimming pool, and unwind at a nearby pub or KTV.

The lobby is magnificent – brightly lit and sparkling in the day. The hotel is quite big with the corridors connected in a circle such that you can walk from one end to another.

Deluxe Room

The room comes with the basic necessities and amenities.

There is also a bowl of fruits complimentary from the hotel.

This is my view from the window. Weather was good in the two days.

Executive Suite Room

Reserved for special guests and only during certain occasions, this room is offered under the discretion of the hotel. The interior is even more luxurious and the bathroom comes with a mini jacuzzi.

The Club

At night, you can chill at the sports bar and lounge in the hotel premise, play a game of pool and enjoy their beer promotion at RM5 nett.

Dining

Berjaya Waterfront Hotel also has several other dining establishments such as the Salt N Pepper Cafe Restaurant and Chinese Restaurant.

Currently, there is a Warisan Sajian Ibunda buffet in light of Ramadhan, held at the Grand Ballroom. It is available from 17 May – 13 June 2018, 6:30pm – 10:00pm at MYR88 nett.
