Blue Jasmine CNY Reunion Dinner Buffet & Thai Chin Yu Sheng at Park Hotel Farrer Park

Begin a new Zodiac cycle at Blue Jasmine with a Chinese New Year reunion dinner buffet at Park Hotel Farrer Park. Only on 24 January 2020, the buffet celebrates the fusion of Chinese and Thai cuisine with dishes ready to whet appetites.

Begin you get started, huat to a brand new year with the auspicious Thai Chin Yu Sheng ($68++. feed 8 to 10 diners). The refreshing salad features silky slices of salmon gravlax on a bed of crunchy vegetables, Thai green mango, papaya, pomelo and pickles.

The Yu Sheng is available for takeaway from 24 January to 8 February 2020, with three days advance notice.

Continue to the buffet line with festive highlights such as the Fish Maw Soup with crab meat, Steamed Grouper with ginger and soy sauce, flavorful Spice Braised Duck cooked in Chinese herbs, Claypot Rice with Chinese sausage and chicken as well as the Braised Ee-Fu Noodles with chicken, mushroom and yellow chives.

The must-try Wat Tan Hor Fun from the live station is the star of the buffet. The flat rice noodles are served in a seafood stock (made from prawn shells, ginger, lemongrass and coriander root), alongside mushrooms, baby bok choy and eggs, and lovingly filled with the fragrance of wok hei.

Desserts comprise of the signature Mango Sticky Rice and Durian Sticky Rice, alongside cool shooters of Almond Bean Curd with Mixed Fruits, Deep-fried ‘Nian Gao’ and Sweet Glutinous Rice Ball Soup.

Choose to sit in the alfresco and sip on tipples from Blue Jasmine’s upcoming new bar. Look out for the red or white house pour promotion going at $38++ too.
