BreadTalk – Rainbow Buns, Toast and Cake are here to brighten up your day

Following the resumption of business operations in phase 2 of the circuit breaker period, BreadTalk brings cheer and joy with the new rainbow-inspired bakery collection.

The three selections include:

Rainbow Joy 雨后有彩虹 (6-pc set for $10 or $2 each) – The buns are made from colourful dough using only natural fruit and vegetable extracts such as red dragon fruit, spinach, beetroot, carrot and purple sweet potato, complete with their respective filling like sweet Char Siew, Pumpkin Walnut, Chocolate and Salted Egg Lava.

Rainbow Bliss 雨过天晴 ($25.80, 4-inch size) – Relish in a beautiful vanilla chiffon cake filled with raspberry rose coulis, mango pineapple coulis and matcha ganache, sandwiched between vanilla white chocolate cream and strawberry cream, while topped with a rainbow fondant.

Rainbow Delight 遇见彩虹土司 ($4.50/8pcs) – Resembling rainbow paddle pop, these naturally coloured toast are brilliantly made using fruit and vegetable extracts such as red dragon fruit, spinach, beetroot, purple sweet potato and carrot.
