Newly opened Bulgogi Syo at Tampines Mall is turning up the heat with fire-torched meats, Sotbap (pot rice) and Makkoki tower.

Additionally, explore new promotions featuring a value-for-money 4-course lunch from $10.90 and festive set at $65.

Enjoy a diverse range of meats from the signature Triple Meat Combo (from $59). The latest flavour on board is the Angus Beef Ribeye with Gochujang Butter which draws inspiration from Chef Edward Lee, a runner-up in the hit Netflix show Culinary Class Wars.

At Bulgogi Syo, the meats undergo a 3-step grilling process, where they are seared, torched by the fire blasters, and then flambeed on the table before your very eyes. The flames are not only theatrical but also add flavour and depth to the meats.

The hearty combo that feeds two, comprises 550 grams of grilled meats, grilled vegetable platter, two seaweed rice and complimentary jjigae.

Help yourself to free-flow banchan like kimchi and yellow pickled radish too.

Choose between Kimchi Jjigae and Chadol Beanpaste Jjigae, or top up $3 for a premium bowl of Seafood Sundubu Jjigae. The latter brims with ingredients like big prawns and squid.

Exclusive to the Tampines Mall outlet is the Sotbap range. Highlights include the Scallop & Chicken with Mentai Mayo Sotbap $21.90, Duroc Pork Belly Sotbap $18.90 and Salmon & Mushroom Sotbap $23.90.

The base is filled with seaweed rice, that’s amazingly delicious, fluffy and umami.
