This coming Easter 2017 is another call for occasion. Café Mosaic at Carlton Hotel is introducing an Easter themed buffet alongside a delectable international spread, followed by a series of entertainment for both adult and child.
Feast to your heart’s content with a selection of Seafood on Ice such as Tiger Prawns, Queen Scallops, Black Mussels and Salmon Sashimi and cold entrées including Shredded Roast Duck Salad, Pacific Clam with Mango Sauce and Fusilli Pasta with Chicken Chipolata & Cherry Tomatoes.
Indulge in hot dishes ranging from Prawn and Squid in Chilli Crab Sauce and Seared Chicken Thigh with Rock Sugar Sauce to the carving station for Roasted O.P Beef with Shallot & Onion Sauce and Slow Oven Leg of Lamb with Tomato Mint Sauce.
Let loose yourself with some fun activities in between or after your meal by learning to bake hot cross-buns with your child in the Open pastry Kitchen at just $10. Some other activities which your child will enjoy include balloon sculpting and gingerbread bunny painting!
