Hong Kong-inspired tapas and cocktail bar, Cha Chaan Teng 茶餐廳, has recently opened in Jalan Besar, boasting an electrifying ambience that sets the mood for innovative dishes and creative drinks.

Gather for a round of highballs and quirkily named craft cocktails such as the herbaceous Mo Wan $25, Nei Hoi Sum Jau Ho $22, Yat Gau Gau $23 and more.

Signature tapas include the Har Cheong Tin Gai $13.90 (a rendition of prawn paste chicken as frog legs), Tung Koo $13.90 (a delicious mess of juicy king oyster mushrooms and dehydrated Hiratake mushroom strips) and Wu Tau Gou $8.90 (a modern take on yam cake).
