Crowne Plaza Changi Airport ushers in Chinese New Year with two delightful Yu Sheng. Available till 8 February 2020, bring home the traditional Crowne Prosperity Yusheng $88+ (shaped into a Chinese character ‘Rat’) and/or the contemporary Celestial Crowne Yusheng $108+, inspired by the popular Hawaiian Poké bowl.

New executive chef, Alvin, reinvents the Celestial Crown Yusheng with a variety of fruits and vegetables such as Green Mango, Red Radish, Pickled Sweet Turnip, Pickled Beetroot, Red Cabbage, Pickled Papaya and Pickled Pineapple, and then topped it off with freshly sliced Norwegian Salmon, Salmon Roe, Chia Seeds, Seaweed, Citrus Mango Plum Sauce, chopped Almonds and the unique Charcoal Dough Chips for an extra crunch.

From now till 8 February 2020, enjoy a private CNY dining experience with your colleagues or family. Choose from two exquisite set menus (priced from $688++ to $788++ per table of 10 diners with a minimum of three tables).

Look forward to menu highlights such as the Crowne Prosperity Yusheng, Steamed Australian Barramundi Fillet, Sautéed Prawns with Tobiko Lychee Mayonnaise, Salted Baked Sakura Chicken with Glutinous Rice Stuffing, Black Sesame Glutinous Rice Balls with Ginger and Gula Melaka tea.
