Available between 14 October to 22 November 2019, Ginger at PARKROYAL on Beach Road is back with the highly-anticipated crab buffet featuring six types of crab dishes (on a rotational basis). Named as ‘A Claw-Inspiring Crabs Galore Buffet‘, diners can look forward to the Claypot Crab with Pumpkin Broth, Singapore Chilli Crab, Crispy Soft Shell Crab, Crab Meat Fried Rice, Stir-fried Crab in Salted Egg Yolk Sauce and Mud Crab with Ginger and Vinegar Sauce on ice.

 

Other highlights from the buffet line include the Flower Clams on ice, Chicken Rice, Assam Laksa, Porridge and condiments, Satay, Grilled Prawns, Fried Spare Ribs, DIY Kueh Pie Tee and Rojak.
