Bars and Entertainment

The night is always young when you are on the cruise. There are just about five lounges you might want to dive straight into. Whether you are basking under the night sky at Skywalkers or having a classic martini at Crooners Martini Bar, don’t forget to check out the Princess Theater for some grand performances (e.g. Bravo) too.

Outdoor Pools

Take a dip in Diamond Princess’ four pools, located indoors and outdoors. Surely the hot weather calls for a cooling sport or a good suntan.

As night falls, gaze towards the large amphitheatre situated above the open-air pool for the screening of exciting films, concerts and live games such as live soccer matches.

Spa and Massages

Pamper yourself from head to toe at The Sanctuary and, the exclusive IZUMI Japanese Bath that comes with saunas, steam room and hot tubs overlooking the pristine ocean.

Dining

It is almost impossible to be hungry on a cruise that offers a wide range of cuisine feeding you at different timing of the day. Besides the buffet, take some time to indulge in sushi and sashimi at Kai Sushi, handmade pasta at Sabatini’s Trattoria and premium steaks at Sterling Steakhouse too.

Rooms

There are different types of room to choose from, starting with the most affordable option, Interior, to Oceanview, Balcony and Suites (Suite, Club Class and Mini-suite) with a view.

Kagamibiraki

The start of a new journey is celebrated with the Kagamibiraki – a special sake barrel-breaking ritual which is symbolic of good luck and a good start. Some of the guests will also get to sample a small glass of sake from the ritual.
