Savour distinctive oceanic offerings like the Slow Baked Australian Queensland Giant Grouper and Slow Baked Sword Fish. made special for this occasion.

Taste the perfectly tender Australian Ponzu Wagyu Chuck Roll, served with braised leek and asparagus.
