In celebration of Singapore’s 59th birthday this year, Pan Pacific Singapore’s renowned buffet restaurant, Edge, is presenting the “Flavours of the Lion City: A Culinary Expedition Through Singapore” buffet spread.

Helmed by Executive Chef Andy Oh and his team, the extensive selection features celebrated Singaporean dishes and beverages, as well as culinary signatures from various cultures like Chinese, Malay, Indian and Western.

The month-long National Day buffet promotion is available from 9 July to 9 August 2024.

Kickstart your meal with a round of local drinks from this Old School Pop-Up Drinks Stall, which serves frothy Teh Tarik, refreshing Iced Limau and Soya Chin Chow.

Relish in all-time Singaporean favourites such as Salt-baked Fresh Mud Crab with chilli crab sauce and mantou, Laksa with Baby Lobster, Hokkien Mee, Bak Chor Mee, Braised Kurobuta Pork Belly Bun, Peppery Teochew Bak Kut Teh, Braised Soya Duck with Yam Rice, Pan-fried Oyster Omelette, Kueh Pie Tee, Teochew Steamed Local-farmed Golden Pomfret and Satay.

The sumptuous spread also includes Boston Lobster on ice, plump Japanese Hyogo Oyster, Roasted US Beef Tomahawk, Barramundi Papillote, Pork Knuckles, assorted oven-baked pizzas and grilled delights like Duck Breast, Beef Galbi, Tiger Prawns and Jumbo Sausages, to name a few.

Indulge in National Day-themed desserts ranging from Milo Dinosaur Panna Cotta, Lychee Bandung Compote Triffle and Chempedak Cake to the iconic Potong Ice Cream sticks and Rainbow Roti with Ice Cream.
