Cocktail Bar

For adults with the alcoholic package, revel in unlimited craft cocktails by the resident bartender. From the spicy Bloody Mary to Taittinger champagne, house spirits and wines, you can have any of your favourites.

Cheese Bar and Charcuterie

The long cheese bar is a sight to behold. The amazing selection of cheeses is complemented with nuts, dried fruits, honeycomb, crackers and house breads.

Complete your self-assembled cheese board with cold cuts and antipasti such as Iberico ham, rocket leaves, olives, duck rillette and foie gras terrine.

Aren’t they great with some drinks too?

Seafood

Crustacean lovers may relish in fresh seafood on ice like oysters, prawns and crab legs.

Meanwhile, available hot on the counter are local farm barramundi en papillote, salt-baked crabs, black pepper crabs and salted egg prawns that would warm your belly.

Roast Meat

Savour crispy suckling pig, pork knuckles, roasted veal leg, roast lamb and prime ribs too.

Eggs, Eggs and Eggs

Eggs fanatics can have rounds of eggs such as the eggs benedict with lobster, sunny side up and omelette.

Asian and International Dishes

Some other specialties you can find here are laksa, sashimi, Peking duck crepe and hand-stretched pizzas.

Desserts

Save stomach space for desserts as there are so many varieties.

Think ice cream with waffles, dainty tarts, mousse cakes, Nyonya kuehs and the hotel’s signature chocolate pieces. The soft nama chocolate is the bomb.
