As the adults unwind with drinks, keep the little ones occupied in the Kids Play Area.
Featuring cosy tents, playthings, colouring books, and cartoon movie screening, the area is also lavished with a mini kids’ buffet comprising of assorted cookies, muffins, and a chocolate fountain.




Building on our visit last year, there is now the sumptuous Lobster Sambal Thermidor, and Pan-seared Foie Gras with Toasted Brioche and Fig Chutney to tempt your taste buds.


Crepes Suzette takes over the live dessert station, freshly made on the spot, and topped with Grand Marnier Sauce, and sliced oranges.


A Sunday brunch at Edge is a feast for the bellies, where one can leisurely indulge in a variety of international delights.
Seafood lovers are in for a decadent spread of fresh seafood on ice such as the snow crab legs, oysters, and crawfish, as well as cooked seafood dishes.


New this season is the Steamed Whole Mud Crab with Chinese Herbal in Lotus Leaf. The herbal sauce with wolfberries further elevates the crab with a distinctive herbaceous taste.
The Chinese “Shao Xing” Wine White Clam La La is equally taste-worthy for its plump clams, and umami-rich and flavoursome broth.


Unleash the carnivore in you with a mouth-watering assortment of perfectly seasoned meats, whether grilled or roasted, all bound to satisfy.
From the Roasted Gigantic Veal Leg, and sizzling Grilled Lambs, to hearty Coq Au Vin, and smoky homemade sausages, there is something to suit every palate.






Another highlight is the Hand-stretched Sourdough Pizza, churned fresh and hot from the oven.

Savour a curated selection of boutique cheeses, salads, cold cuts, and cured fishes – my ultimate appetizer corner.
Find interesting creations like the Red Pesto Tomme, which brings something special to your plate.



End on a sweet note with carefully crafted mini mousse cakes, tartlets, chocolates pralines, and gelato with flavours like Pistachio, and Earl Grey.
The Banana Soft Chocolate makes an appearance too.
