Happening from 7 till 30 March 2025, be part of an exciting collaboration as Executive Chef Andy Oh and his team work alongside Pan Pacific Hanoi’s Executive Chef, Chef Zack Truong, and Junior Sous-chef, Chef Hoa Trung Kien, to present a series of iconic dishes from Vietnam.

Begin with a comforting bowl of Vietnamese Noodle Broth “Pho” with Beef. A must-try, this tangy broth is filled with slurp-worthy flat noodles, ultra tender beef slices, and crunchy bean sprouts.

Find familiar street snacks like the Fried Prawn Meat with Sugar Cane, Mini Savory Pancakes with Prawn Coconut Cream, and Fresh Spring Roll with Prawn.

Another standout at the buffet line is this Wok Fried River Prawn with Tamarind Sauce. Speckled in sesame seeds, the prawn is soft and meaty, with a hint of sweetness.

Interesting creations include the Grilled Pork Belly with Fermented Rice and Galangal, Stir-Fried Kohlrabi with Dried Shrimp, and Wok Fried Glass Noodle with Eel. The latter features crispy deep-fried eel atop flavoursome noodles strands cooked in a myriad of ingredients.

Indulge in more Vietnamese specialties such as the Braised Fish Caramelized, Beef Wrapped in Betel Leaves, and Sour Fish Soup with Local Herbs.

Every Vietnamese dish here offers a symphony of flavours, that could be tangy, sweet, spicy, and/or umami savoury.

Have a taste of Vietnamese desserts like the Taro Sweet Soup, Grilled Banana Wrapped in Sticky Rice with Coconut Sauce, and Plain Yogurt with Black Sticky Rice.

Alongside the vibrant Vietnamese dishes, the buffet features classic international favourites, offering something for every palate.

Enjoy sumptuous Boston Lobster, and freshly shucked Oysters, from the seafood counter.

The seasonal special this time is the Steamed Whole Mud Crab with Chinese Herbal in Lotus Leaf. The crab has a delicate sweetness and brininess, further enhanced by the herbaceous taste of the herbal sauce.

The Deep Fried Breaded Oyster is a personal favourite as well.

Relish in a huge selection of International cheeses, homemade cold cuts, smoked fishes, and mixed salads.

For meat lovers, there are grilled house-made sausages, and various roast meats like Crispy Roasted Pork Porchetta, Slow Roasted Beef Tomahawk, and Herbs Roasted Lamb Leg.

Round off with a tempting array of sweet treats, including the Red Velvet Passionfruit, Rainbow Swiss Roll, Soft Chocolates, Gelato, and Nyonya Kuehs.
