Ellenborough Market Café Christmas A La Carte Buffet with Festive Roasts, Peranakan Favourites & Durian Petit Four
‘Eat, Drink and be Merry’ at Ellenborough Market Café in Swissotel Merchant Court, Singapore with yuletide log cakes, festive feasts and takeaway party sets.
To start, the freshly brewed mulled wine is a warm welcome to the belly, as well as a side of maple candied bacon to chew on before moving on to the next course.
Ellenborough Market Café’s a la carte buffet will be featuring scrumptious festive delights such as the Lobster Bisque, Honey Baked Ham with Pineapple, Roasted Nyonya Turkey Breast with Rendang Sauce, Honey Glazed Bone-in Champagne Ham in Port Wine Sauce and Roasted Whole Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing.
The classic signature dishes would also leave you revelling for more – think EMC Signature Laksa with River Prawn and Clams and Rock Lobster in Singapore Chilli Crab alongside Peranakan favourites like Ayam Buah Keluak, Kueh Pie Tee and Homemade Otah.
This season, tuck into the Acai Banana Chocolate Log Cake and Raspberry Citrus Yule Log Cake, which are also available as full cakes for orders. For fans of durian, the Durian Petit Four is bound to satiate tastebuds with its luscious durian filling.
While dining in, sip upon three Christmas-flavoured cocktails $20, created by resident Bar Manager, Syafiq.
