One Pan Enoki Mushroom with Soy Garlic and Egg Recipe

Enoki mushroom cooks quickly and goes well with many ingredients.
Using only a small pan, you can whip up a tasty Enoki Mushroom with Soy Garlic and Egg that feeds one person.
Ingredients
A handful of Enoki Mushroom
2 Eggs
1/2 cup of Soy Sauce
Green Onions, Chopped
Garlic, Chopped
Chilli Flakes
Parsley
1. To prepare the sauce, add soy sauce, green onions, garlic, chilli flakes, and parsley to a bowl and stir.
Optional: Add 1/2 cup of water to reduce the saltiness. Add a teaspoon of sugar to sweeten it a little.
2. Heat a pan and spread a layer of enoki mushrooms. Flip it over once it starts to shrivel.
3. Add in the sauce and let it simmer.
4. In a bowl, beat two eggs. Pour the egg mixture over the enoki mushrooms.
5. Let the eggs cook for a while and dig in!
Spread a portion over rice and enjoy!
