Entrepot Restaurant, The Robertson House – CNY Yu Sheng, Pencai and Set Menu
From now till 29 February 2025, celebrate the auspicious Year of the Dragon with Entrepot‘s Lunar New Year delicacies.
Located in The Robertson House, the Anglo-Asian restaurant, helmed by chef Nixon Low, offers a curated festive set menu and a la carte as well as takeaway options.
Festive favourites include:
Harmonious Set Menu $398 (serves four to six pax) (Only for dine-in) – A seven-course meal comprising their signature Roasted Half Chicken, Angus Beef Striploin and Yu Sheng.
Dr Robertson’s Pencai ($388 for dine-in, $428 for takeaway with claypot) (Serves six) – A deluxe pot brimming with 5-spiced Kakuni Braised Pork Belly, Charcoal Smoked Duck, Fish Maw and more.
‘Chasing The Dragon’ Yusheng ($58 Small, $88 Medium) (For dine-in and takeaway) – Ingredients include Chai cured salmon topped with ikura, candied pecans, popping candy, crunchy golden crackers and tangy sweet dragon fruit and plum dressing. Takeaway option include complimentary festive chopsticks, three exquisite teacups and your choice of mocktail or cocktail lovingly crafted from Entrepot’s in-house speakeasy bar, Chandu.
