Gather around the pot at Fat Bird to enjoy a flavoursome Chongqing-style chicken hotpot!

Located along Liang Seah Street in Bugis, Fat Bird offers hearty chicken pot available in six flavours, accompanied with a range of mouth-watering side dishes and skewers.

Here, Fat Bird uses free-range Kampung chicken which is then cooked in a special sauce made from 13 selected herbs and spices.

Lunch and Dinner A La Carte and Buffet Menus

We had the Numbing & Fiery Chicken ($32.80 for regular, $38.80 for large) at maximum spice level. The sauce is thick, spicy and rich in taste, while the chicken chunks are tender with a nice bite. Other pot flavours include Spicy & Fragrant, Mushroom Herbs and Pickled Chilli. For those who prefer a different meat, there are also Beef Brisket ($31.80 for regular) and Pork Ribs ($31.80 for regular).

Further elevate the pot with add-ons like Premium Prawn Paste $11.80, Cheesy Chicken Balls $4.80 (highly recommended!), Luncheon Meat $4.80, Quail Egg $4.80, Fried Beancurd Roll $4.20, Lotus Root $3.80 and Instant Noodle $3.80.

Complete the meal with popular sides such as the Spicy Chicken Cubes $18.80, Special Stir-Fried Lala $14.80, addictive Egg Yolk Coated Corn $9.80 and Sichuan Hand Shredded Cabbage $8.80.

Don’t forget to grab a few beers to go along with the skewers too! Choices consist of Chicken Feet $2.50, Fresh Prawn $2.50, Taiwan Sausages $2.50, Sweet Corn on Cob $2 and more.
