Begin the feast with Seafood on Ice including Canadian Snow Crab Leg, Chilean Scallop and Sea Whelk. The dinner-exclusive freshly shucked Canadian Oysters are fresh and plump – something crustaceans lovers could look forward to.

Besides sashimi cuts, there is also an interesting selection of Tempura like Ebi, Sweet Potato, Enoki Mushroom and Eggplant.

Taking centre-stage are the signature claypot delicacies which we went back for seconds.

Excite your taste buds with the spicy and flavourful Sambal Chilli Clam with Onion and Gan Xiang Prawn with Chilli and Curry Leaves. The Teochew Style Fish Fillet with Tofu, on the other hand, offers a belly-warming medley of succulent fish fillets, mushrooms, tofu and vegetables.
