Notably, both the Sweet Potato and Bakkwa Chiffon are really exciting creations. Chunky purple sweet potato can be found in each bite of the Sweet Potato Chiffon. The texture of the chiffon is also not too dry, yet light and airy at the same time.

As for the sweet and savoury Bakkwa Chiffon, there’s a generous amount of bakkwa bits in it, making it very satisfying to chew on.

Another delicious Bakkwa delight is the Bakkwa Pau ($5.40 for a box of six). These fluffy mini buns are packed with a punch with savoury and smokey chopped Bakkwa. They can be kept in the chiller for three to five days and only require five to ten minutes steaming for consumption.
