FrapasBar by Saveur (The Cathay) Christmas Set Menus for Affordable Tapas-style French Cuisine

Known for its affordable and promising dishes, FrapasBar by Saveur at The Cathay offers tapas-style French cuisine alongside a delightful range of cocktails to pair with.

Between 20 to 25 December 2019, FrapasBar will be serving two hearty Christmas feast sets at $85++ for five dishes (feed two to three diners) and $190++ for eight dishes (feed four to six diners).

The $85++ set comes with Turkey Breast & Ham, Duck Breast, Hokkaido Scallops (four pieces), Saveur Pasta, Truffle Potato Croquette and Ice Cream.

Dig into the succulent Hokkaido Scallops topped with fish roes that would burst in umaminess once you bite into them. The Saveur Pasta is another showstopper, served chilled and filled with the aromas of truffle. Also available on the menu, this pasta is a must-order for every table.

The $190++ set comprises of Turkey Breast & Ham, Duck Breast, Stuffed Squid, Beef En Croute, Foie Gras, Garlic Prawns, Burrata Tomato, Crab Croquette and Ice Cream.

Here, you get a good mix starting with a bowl of tangy tomato and burrata salad, to sharing plates such as the luxurious foie gras and giant stuffed squid, and hearty festive meats.

The Beef En Croute will amaze with its flakey pastry encasing a tender slab of medium-rare beef and creamy spinach. The dish is flavourful on its own and definitely the one that would satisfy your hungry bellies easily.
