Furama City Centre presents CNY Takeaways like Tuna Tataki Yu Sheng and Pen Cai with Steamed White Chicken & Festive Buffet at Tiffany Cafe

This Lunar New Year, Furama City Centre has rolled out two types of Yu Sheng to help you toss your way into the Year of the Rat.

Aside from the Traditional Yu Sheng with Smoked Salmon ($48+ for medium, $68+ for large), health-conscious celebrants can indulge in festive cravings in a guilt- free manner, with a Yu Sheng with Yuzu and Pineapple Sauce ($58+ for medium, $68+ for large) that swaps the conventional salmon slices for tuna tataki.

Other festive takeaways you can savour in the comfort of home include Chili Crab with Fried Mantou ($68+ for 1kg) and Baked Duck Infused with Mandarin Orange Sauce ($43+ for 2kg).

The Pen Cai, for one, departs from convention by swapping traditional roast meat for steamed white chicken. Nourishing and wholesome, you’ll be wanting more of this delicious, yearly dish once you’re done.

For those seeking a change of scenery, head over to Tiffany Cafe, where you can embark on a gastronomic journey with a spread of sumptuous delicacies from the pre-festive buffets to high teas.

Aside from New Year dishes, you can feast to your heart’s content on Tiffany Cafe’s regular buffet offerings. Must-try dishes include the Laksa, Seafood Platter with Salmon, Prawns, and Mussels, and White Pepper Crab. Not forgetting the Durian Puree which is a dessert not to be missed!
