Grain – Best Christmas Catering with a focus on quality menu & experience in Singapore

Grain is not your typical caterer that delivers mass-produced food for your events or celebrations.

That being said, this December, Grain is rolling out a Christmas catering menu filled with unexpected combinations of ingredients. Who would have expected a whole turkey to be brined in black tea or brussels sprouts to be cooked with guava and dried cranberries? Try it from Grain and you would know!

 

The three seasonal sets are the:

Christmas Party Set: $288, 10 courses, recommended for 10 guests

Christmas Buffet To Go:

$17 per guest, 8 courses with a minimum of 20 guests

$20 per guest, 9 courses with a minimum of 15 guests

Christmas Buffet: 

$18 per guest, 11 courses with a minimum of 40 guests

$23 per guest, 12 courses with a minimum of 30 guests

$32 per guest, 13 courses with a minimum of 30 guests

*Get excited with a complimentary Grain Surprise Station with each set order

 

Catering Menu’s Specials

Some appetizer highlights from the catering menu include the Dill Yogurt Seafood Salad, Autumn Kale & Brie Salad and Tamarind Vinaigrette Capellini.

The mains are equally appetizing, comprising of choices such as the Christmas Spiced Rice with thyme roasted pumpkin and pomegranate, Cinnamon Sugar Glazed Chicken with ginger flower and crunchy almond flakes (my personal favourite), Sweet Citrus Salmon Parcel, the creamy Wild Mushroom Pesto Pasta and Herb Baked Turkey Breast.

Desserts consist of the Honey Walnut Cake with homemade rhubarb-cherry compote and Christmas Cookies. Elevate the experience with an add-on of the Lychee Rose Yule Log $42 and a Live Station of Campfire Hot Chocolate ($4 per guest, with a minimum of 30 guests).

You can also enhance the meal with top-ups of more festive delights like the Maple Glazed Whole Turkey $118, 40 Cloves Garlic Roast Chicken $40 and Slow-roasted Beef Tenderloin $128 too.
