Habitat Coffee – All-day Brunch Cafe closing on 30 June 2024 after 14 Years

Habitat Coffee, which used to be situated along Upper Thomson Road and is now on King George’s Avenue, will be closing its doors on 30 June 2024. A popular hangout for all-day brunch and coffee, it is sad to see another cafe biting the dust.

The brightly lit, industrial-style cafe is spacious.

The menu is scanned via a QR code sticker on the table.

Choices include brunch dishes such as the signature Stuffed Berries Hotcake $20 and Big Ben $23, pasta, fusion rice bowls, sandwiches, sides and homemade desserts.

The Iced Latte $6, which comes in a double shot, tastes solid.

Meanwhile, the indulgent Avocado & Eggs $20 is served with two perfectly poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, creamy smashed avocado and smoky charred broccoli atop a slice of toast.

There is no GST and service charge. Wifi is available here.
