Home’s Favourite x Chef Andy – Chicken Pies

Home’s Favourite has teamed up with master pie baker Chef Andy (formerly from Don’s Chicken Pie) to introduce a delectable range of chicken pies. Relish in bold, comforting flavours that are bound to leave you salivating for more.
The three pie creations are Original Chicken Pie, Black Pepper Chicken Pie with Fluffy Pastry (Spicy), and Chicken Shepherd’s Pie with Crusty Potato Topping (Spicy). They come in two sizes – Small ($13 for two pieces) and Large ($32.80 for 900g).
From 2 to 16 April 2025, 10AM to 9PM, grab these delicious chicken pies at Home’s Favourite pop-up booth at Takashimaya basement two. Fresh and hot out of the oven every one hour starting from 11AM, these savoury treats are not to be missed!

The Original Chicken Pie in large size can be portioned into six slices.
The golden puff pastry is flaky, crisp, and buttery. The ratio of pastry to filling is well-balanced, and the pastry holds the filling well.
It is heartily filled with creamy tender chicken chunks, corns, carrots, soft potatoes, and hard boiled eggs.


The Black Pepper Chicken Pie is a spice up version.
Indulge in tender chicken morsels and mushrooms cooked in creamy, peppery sauce.
The puff pastry has also the ideal crisp exterior.
For a small size, it definitely is packed with flavour.



As for the Chicken Shepherd’s Pie, the chicken filling is elevated with herb-infused gravy which makes it even more sumptuous. There are also carrots, and corns among other vegetables mixed together.
What’s interesting is the mashed potato topping which offers a delightful crusty texture on the surface. Oh pie goodness.
