Humble Bakery x Callebaut – Colours of Chocolate Pastry Collection, Available till 31 August 2022

Humble Bakery collaborates with Belgium chocolate brand, Callebaut, to bring out one of life’s best indulgences.

Artisan Chef-Owners Glenn Lai and Tan Zhuo Guan of Humble Bakery celebrate the Colours of Chocolate that will be made with Callebaut’s ‘5 Colours’ series. Available from 13 July to 31 August 2022, don’t miss out on these six lovely pastries infused with Callebaut’s five different chocolates.

The special edition Colours of Chocolate collection comes with six pastries and is priced at $32.80 per box.

Each box comprises:

1. Coconut Brownie with Salted Gold Ganache

2. Matcha Ruby Scone (with a tangy housemade raspberry jam core)

3. Parmesan White Chocolate Scone (that’s savoury and crumbly)

4. Roasted Pistachio Milk Chocolate tart (filled with a decadent smooth Callebaut milk chocolate ganache that’s topped with roasted pistachio praline)

5. Cherry Ruby Chocolate Pound Cake

6. Orange Dark Chocolate Financier (studded with almond praline paste)

It’s ingenious how the chocolates are paired with the various items. The flavours blend really well and each one has its own uniqueness which makes it exciting to try everything.
