Ice Una 冰封仙果, Taipei Ximending – Cute Rainbow Snow Ice with Pudding

Ice Una 冰封仙果 is a dessert cafe in Ximending, Taipei, offering a unique range of innovative snow ice.

The snow ice comes in various toppings and flavours. Signatures include the Boba Milk Tea with Pudding Snow Ice NT $170, Crazy Bird Snow Ice NT $250, blue-ish Mount Fuji Snow Ice NT $180, Taiwan Ice No.1 (with red bean and taro balls) Fresh Milk Snow Ice NT $180 and Brown Sugar Shaved Ice NT $100.

Additionally, the UNA Monster Set features colourful snow ice studded with monster eye-shaped chocolates. The set is served with a small dessert, condensed milk and drink.

The Macaron Princess NT $280 has four layers of snow ice in pastel colours – pink, green, blue and yellow. The ice is fluffy and melts fast. The taste difference is mild and it can be sweetened up with the condensed milk. It comes with a pudding and tea which helps to balance the sweetness too.

The portion is quite huge.

There is also the Black Knight NT $280 (in red bean and chocolate flavours), Tri-colour Lemon Unicorn NT $250 and Captain Hook NT $250, a clever rendition of a pirate-look.
