Iced Coffee with Coffee Granita Recipe

Got that extra whipped coffee from the blender? Fret not! After taking it out of the freezer, simply scrap the surface of the frozen whipped coffee with a fork and you will have a load of icy coffee crumbs.

Or let it defrost for a while to regain that smooth whipped texture. Check out what you can do with the smooth whipped coffee here.

Let’s make an Iced Coffee with Coffee Granita in a swirly chocolate-coated tall glass.

1. Add about a teaspoon of chocolate sauce at the base of a tall glass.

2. Coat the loop with chocolate sauce and lift it slightly above and whisk. Repeat for a few times while leaving a gap between each whisk. There will be rounds of chocolate sauce coating the interior of the glass.

3. Add ice cubes.

4. Add coffee (amount according to preference). To prepare the coffee, add instant coffee to hot water.

5. Add milk.

6. Scoop out the coffee granita and carefully cover the surface of the glass.

Dip in a straw and enjoy!
