Cheesy Plant-based Meatball Recipe with Impossible Beef (Available at NTUC Fairprice & RedMart)

Give the cow a break!

This season, choose the plant-based Impossible Beef over meat from animals! Did you know that the Impossible beef has no cholesterol, no trans fat and is a great source of protein, calcium and iron?

For those who love meats, this is the closest alternative to an actual meat you can get. Impossible Foods’ plant-based products are made to taste like meat and could easily fool anyone into thinking they are the real deal.

Anyway, you can find this award-winning, plant-based Impossible Beef Made From Plants at NTUC FairPrice and on RedMart.

Lots of dishes can be created with the Impossible Beef, such as the Impossible Butter Herb Rice, Impossible Satay Prata, Cheesy Impossible Shepherd’s Pie and Impossible Lasagna.

I tried making the Cheesy Impossible Meatballs which is a very easy dish to create.

One pack of the Impossible Beef (340g) is good enough to hand-roll eight sizeable meatballs, good for two or a ravenous eater. They can be cooked pretty fast too. I also topped it off with nacho cheese and parsley spinkles.

I have always enjoy the Impossible Beef very much. Besides its taste (like meat), the patty is usually tender and juicy, and doesn’t dry out that much compared to when I am cooking an actual beef. Also, it is much healthier and can be easily incorporated into my daily meals!
