Inter Rice Asia Sake & Cheese Pairing Online Event

Can’t believe that two weeks have flown by so fast! Today, we are back for the 16th session of the Sake Live Pairing event organised by Inter Rice Asia. Occurring fortnightly on Wednesdays, join other sake lovers online for a Sake On-nomi session.

The online sessions are usually led by Inter Rice Asia’s Inhouse Educator and Director, Adrian Goh, and occasionally there will be special guest appearances depending on the theme.

Today, we had the Cheese & Sake Pairing $60.90 (U.P. $68). We tasted five different types of sake with cheeses such as Blue Stilton, Brie and Asiago Pressato, and condiments like grape and dried cranberries.
