Nacho Cheese Sauce
Burger Buns x 2
1. Heat a pan with olive oil, and add three burger patties.
2. Flip them once they start to brown, add a little water and cover with a lid to let them cook through. (Optional: Season with some black pepper)

3. Melt a slice of cheese over each patty. Remove and leave the cheesy patties aside.
4. On the same pan, make a sunny-side-up egg. Remove and leave it aside.
5. On the same pan, lightly toast the two burger buns till they are warm and crisp on the surface.

6. Prepare the burger sauce by mixing a dollop of cheese sauce, gochujang, and kimchi.

Here comes the fun!
7. Slather a layer of burger sauce over the bun. Stack two cheese patties, add sauce, and add the last cheesy patties. Spread some kimchi on top (Optional: Add more sauce if there are leftovers). Add the fried egg.

8. Press the burger bun over the yolk and let the luscious yolk cascade over.
Take a huge, satisfying bite, and enjoy.
