Bring the heat to your table with the viral JB-style charcoal lala claypot, brimming with assorted ingredients. Catch the fiery spectacle while the staff prepares the claypot with clams before your eyes.
The new offering shares the same space with the Pin Xiang Bah Kut Teh stall, and is available daily from 5PM onwards.
Currently, there is an ongoing promotion till 31 May 2025 where diners are entitled to free 200g of lala with a minimum spend of $50.

The Lala Claypot $24 features a comforting soup broth and 1kg of succulent clams. Additional clams are priced at $5.80 for 200g.
The menu offers a variety of ingredients ranging from meats and seafood to vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu. Elevate the hotpot experience with Shabu-shabu Pork Belly $5.80, Fish Ball with Roe $4.80, Tiger Prawns $6.80, Enoki Mushroom $2.80, Egg Tofu $3.80, and more.

Make your Dipping Sauces from the sauce station.
There are parsley, spring onions, chopped chilli, garlic, and lao gan ma chilli, to name a few.
The hotpot ingredients are neatly packed in a cold display, and dispensed upon order.
I had the Sliced Fish $5.80, Scallops $6.80, Crab Claw $4.80, and Long Cabbage $2.80. They are all well-cleaned and fresh.
Here comes the highlight of the day!
Watch the lala claypot being prepared and ignited with a fiery flair. The clams are added last, and cooked till they start to sizzle and bubble.
The claypot is heated over charcoal, which lasts throughout the meal.
The broth is richly flavoured and umami-packed, with lingering sweetness and a delicate hint of Hua Diao wine. Moreover, soup can be refilled!
The clams are big and juicy.
As more ingredients are cooked together, the broth gets heartier and slurp-worthy.
