LINO Restaurant at Forum – Best Burrata Pizza in Singapore

Hands down to one of the best pizzas in Singapore!

Popular Italian restaurant, LINO, specialises in wood-fire pizza, handmade pasta and a range of Italian fare.

Their 12-inch pizzas are priced from $20 and include unique toppings like escargot and foie gras.

I tried the Burrata $26 which is a thin base pizza spread with tangy tomato puree, marinated cherry tomatoes and herbs. The edges are chewy and crusty while fluffy within. Just the bread alone, it is delicious.

Another highlight of the pizza is definitely the creamy burrata, topped with flavourful basil pesto. The portion is just nice for every slice of the pizza and the combination is simply perfect!
