Usher in Christmas at M Hotel Singapore with Cafe 2000’s Christmas Seafood Extravaganza Feast. Whet your appetite with a buffet spread of festive delights, BBQ specialties and yuletide desserts this December.

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, cheers with a complimentary glass of M Wine/prosecco each before digging in.

Begin the feast with hearty festive meats comprising of Roast Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Honey Glazed Ham and Roast Beef, alongside a Whole Baked Salmon in Lemon Cream Sauce, tempting Baked Oysters, local-favourite Chilli Crab and a comforting bowl of Ginseng Chicken soup.

Head over to the BBQ Grill where one can choose from as many as ten different seafood and meats for grilling. Available items include the Salmon Fillet, Prawns, Crayfish, Half-shell Scallops, Lamb Chops, Beef Patties, Squid Otah and more.

Christmas desserts are always much looked forward to in a buffet especially with the M Hotel’s beautifully decorated Logcakes (personal favourite: Rum and Raisin Logcake), alcoholic Tiramisu in cup, Fruit Cake and Mulled Wine.
