Popular Japanese doughnut chain, Mister Donut, launches two new Pokemon-themed doughnuts in the shapes of Pikachu and Poke Ball!

The doughnuts are available at all Mister Donut outlets (till 19 January 2025) and pop-up booth at Takashimaya’s Christmas Fantasy fair (till 24 December 2024).

The Takashimaya booth is Pokemon-themed and has a photo booth with Pokemon props. There is no queue on a Friday weekday afternoon and the kiosk is well-replenished.

There is a Meet and Greet with Pikachu event on 15 December, from 12PM to 12:30PM!

With limited quantity available daily, each customer is entitled to two Pokemon Bundles or four Pokemon doughnuts (2 pieces per design).

The Special Pokemon Bundle $16 comprises one Pokemon Donut, one Pon De Poke Ball and any four Pon De Ring, all carefully placed in a Pokemon-designed box.

Other Mister Donut’s products available here are the classic Yeast Ring, Churro and Old Fashion.

The Pon De Poke Ball $3.50 features berry-flavoured glaze on the top, followed by white chocolate glaze below.

The Pikachu Donut $4.50 is cutely shaped in the face of Pikachu. The chocolate coating is banana-flavoured and the inside is filled with chocolate whipped cream.

The packaging they come in are thoughtfully designed too.
