Homemade Pudding Jars with Nuvojoy Soy Pudding Premix – Healthier, Low GI & High in Protein
Nuvojoy’s reinventing the way we consume our asian desserts. Launching a series of Soy Pudding Premixes, these food products are low in Glycemic Index, low in carbohydrates and high in proteins. Significantly healthier without compromising on taste, you can also choose between the Original $10.90, No Refined Sugar $11.90 and Vegan $11.40 version.
The Soy Pudding Premix is 100% natural, made with non-GMO soy and contains prebiotic fibres. Reap these health benefits by trying your hands on making some soy pudding at home.
The steps are really easy to follow!
The ratio of premix to water is 1:4. Simply add water to the premix in a pot and stir until it starts to boil. After which, let the mixture cool down. Then, pour the mixture into a mould or pudding jars to chill in the refrigerator for two to three hours.
Once the soy pudding is set, it is ready for consumption. When you touch the surface, you can feel that the texture is firm with a slight wobble.
Pudding jars are never boring! Spice it up with some colours and flavours using your favourite ingredients too. In my case, I filled the remaining space of the jars with berry compote, almonds, chia seed, oat and popcorn.
