One Pan Creamy Mushroom Eggs with Toast Recipe

Ingredients
1 bowl of Mushrooms (Enoki Mushrooms and Shimeji Mushrooms)
1/2 cup of Greens
2 Eggs
Toast
Fresh Milk
Olive Oil
Butter
Seasoning (Mixed Herbs, Black Pepper)
1. Heat a pan with olive oil and melt some butter.
2. Add mushrooms.
3. Add a layer of milk just enough to cover the mushrooms.
4. As the mushrooms simmer, make two wells and crack two eggs in.
5. Spread some greens around.
6. Season with mixed herbs and black pepper.
Spread over toast and enjoy!
