One Pan Turmeric Mushroom Egg with Chilli Oil Recipe

Here’s a simple One Pan Turmeric Mushroom Egg recipe for a quick lunch.
Ingredients
1 bowl of Mushroom (Enoki Mushrooms and Shimeji Mushrooms)
1 cup of Bell Peppers, chopped
1 cup of Fresh Milk
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon of Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon of Chilli Oil
Olive Oil / Butter
Seasoning (Parsley, Black Pepper)
1. Coat a pan with olive oil and add mushrooms and bell peppers.
2. Add milk and let it simmer.
3. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder. Add more milk if the mixture starts to get dry. Stir evenly.
4. Carve two wells and crack in two eggs.
5. Season to taste with black pepper and parsley.
6. Once the egg whites are cooked, spread a layer of chilli oil. This gives it more flavour and spiciness.
