A spicier version, the Hei Bee Hiam Pineapple Tarts rewards with a impressive filling of organic pineapple paste mixed with bird’s eye chilli and dried shrimps, wrapped in a buttery pastry made using Elle & Vire butter. The ball-shaped pineapple tart comes in just the right size which makes it easy to pop the entire thing into your mouth and enjoy!

Possibly the first in Singapore, the European-inspired Parmigiano Reggiano Cookies is made of 24-month aged Italian parmigiano reggiano cheese which gives it sharp nutty and cheesy flavour. Savoury and addictive, it definitely makes a good afternoon snack with tea.
