Paradise Pizza and Elixir Coffee and Wine reside under one roof in Parksuites, serving in-house sourdough pizzas and pasta alongside specialty coffee and wines.

Available are eight artisanal pizzas (from $20) such as the decadent Black Truffle $26, Bismark Blanc $26 with sous vide egg, Asian-inspired Hot Assam $22 and classic Margherita $20.

Being a showstopper, the Black Truffle pizza is blessed with the scent of truffle and juicy roasted mushrooms.

The Bismark Blanc, on the other hand, is more savoury, especially with the addition of crispy parma ham.

Also good to share is the Deep Fried Burrata $24, served with tangy pomodoro sauce, balsamic caviar and arugula. Beneath the crispy layer is the mouth-watering ball of soft, stretchy cheese.

Meanwhile, the Darn Good Tiramisu $14 lives up to its name for its addictiveness.

The combination of coffee-soaked ladyfingers made using beans from Blacklist Coffee Roasters and silky smooth mascarpone leaves a satisfying oomph in the mouth.
