From now till 19 February 2019, the festive set menus and Pot of Goodies are available for dine in and takeaway.
Nearing the auspicious date, between 21 January to 19 February 2019, toss to a year of good blessings with PUTIEN’s Prosperity Yu Sheng, that comes with salmon sashimi and homemade Yu Sheng sauce, at $29.80++ (S,) $39.80++ (M) and $49.80++ (L).
Symbolising unity and prosperity within the family, the Pot of Goodies Pen Cai is a must on the table. Served in a huge claypot and simmered for a good eight hours, the enchanting display of revered ingredients such as the abalone, sea cucumber and dried clams is surely a gustatory pleasure for everyone.

The Steamed Soon Hock was well-cooked with tender and fleshy white meat, brushed against the light soy sauce.
Fans of this meaty delight can look for the PUTIEN Style Pork Ribs which will be appearing in several of the set menus. Likewise, I wouldn’t miss the Deep-fried Pork Trotters with Salt and Pepper either, that’s thick in collagen.
Conpoy with White Mushroom and Broccoli was one of my favourite dishes. The crunchy vegetables and soft long mushrooms mixed in with bits of shredded clams were pleasantly simple yet heart-warming.
PUTIEN regulars would know that the Stir-fried Yam is a signature staple. You can also order this from the ala carte menu.
First, it’s the flavoursome Fried Heng Hwa Bee Hoon I had a few months back, followed by the delectable Lor Mee, and now I am having PUTIEN’s Longevity Noodles which was equally mind-blowing good. Carbs are apparently not to be missed here.
The dessert for all the festive sets is the White Fungus Soup with Longan and Red Dates, rewarding you on a sweet and refreshing note.
PUTIEN will be opened throughout Chinese New Year, except on 5 February 2019.
