PUTIEN – New DUOTOU Clam dishes in Jewel Changi Airport

PUTIEN has opened its 62nd (also 13th Singapore outlet) in Jewel Changi Airport. 

Fans of PUTIEN’s DUOTOU Clams can now savour the delicacy. From now till 31st July 2019, tuck into PUTIEN’s newest DUOTOU Clam dishes cooked in two different style – Stir-fried Sambal Chives with DUOTOU Clam $22.80 and Thai-flavoured DUOTOU Clam $21.80.

Savour eight flavours of well-cooked DUOTOU Clams, fleshy and tender without the tiresome chew. Whether they are steamed, stir-fried or doused in sauce, these DUOTOU Clams are surely worth the bite.

One of my favourites is the Steamed DUOTOU Clam with Wine $22.80 where the clams are plump and extremely juicy with flavour. 

New on the menu is the Stewed Yellow Croaker that comes in either tomato broth or fiery chilli!

Of course, don’t miss PUTIEN’s famous PUTIEN Lor Mee and Fried Heng Hwa Bee Hoon.
