Easy Overnight Oatmeal Recipe using Quaker Oats
Oatmeals are fun and easy to make! Moreover, they are fully customisable with your favourite toppings like fruits, nuts, spreads and more.
Using Quaker Oats (Red Multigrain and Prebiotic Multigrain), I will be making both together.
Ingredients
Quaker Oats (Red Multigrain and Prebiotic Multigrain)
2 whole Bananas
Honey
Fresh Milk
Greek Yoghurt
Toppings of your choice (e.g. Kiwi, Grapes, Jam, Crispy Flakes)
1. In a jar, add 1 cup of oat, mashed banana (half), 1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt, one teaspoon of honey and one cup of fresh milk. Stir evenly.
2. Either leave it in the fridge overnight or for a few hours. Otherwise, continue to step 3.
3. Spread a layer of Greek yoghurt on top.
4. Add a dollop of berry jam and toppings like sliced bananas and grapes.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 2 for the other oat flavour.
6. Insert five sliced bananas vertically around the interior of the jar.
7. Spread a layer of Greek yoghurt enough to cover the top of the bananas.
8. Complete with more sliced bananas, grapes and crispy flakes.
