Quaker Oatmeal Recipe with new 5 Prebiotic Multigrain

Following last year’s launch of the TCM-inspired Quaker 5 Multigrain series, a new flavour has been added to the collection.

Available in pink self-sealing packaging, the new Quaker 5 Prebiotic Multigrain is made of Oats, Red Beans, Yam Flakes, Orange Peel, and Poria Cocos.

Each serving offers exceptional nutritious benefits, contributing dietary fibre, protein, iron, and magnesium to support healthy growth and vitality.

Also a magnesium and iron-rich blend, the Quaker 5 Red Multigrain comprises Red Dates, Red Beans, Goji Berries, Dried Longan, and Red Rice.

Pair these two flavours together and you can create a delicious and nourishing oatmeal.

To prepare the oat mixture, mix 1 cup of oat with mashed banana (half), 1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt, one teaspoon of honey and one cup of fresh milk.

Stir the mixture evenly and leave in the fridge overnight or for a few hours. Repeat for the other oat flavour.

1. Now with two different coloured oat mixtures, add them into a mason jar.

2. Spread the top layer with Greek yoghurt.

3. Add your favourite toppings like fruits and nuts and drizzle with honey.

Grab a spoon and dig in right away!
