Rain Report 레인리포트, Seoul – Rain-themed Cafe collabs with LINE FRIENDS lenini
Rain Report 레인리포트 is a two-storey rain-themed cafe in Itaewon, Seoul. The space looks spectacular, with a rainy alfresco and a futuristic-looking interior enhanced with LED screens.
Pictured above is the most photogenic spot in the cafe where customers will use the umbrella provided and pose for photos in the midst of it.
It is also very cooling and therapeutic to sit outside.
There are ample seats and they give different vibes.
During my visit, there is a collaboration with LINE FRIENDS from 22 April to 12 May 2024.
Decorating the entire place is the adorable lenini character, i.e. gigantic lenini mascot, mini lenini plushies and lenini-themed desserts.
Some Rain Report’s signatures are the Sesame Cloud KRW 7800, Cloudy Day KRW 7800, Strawberry Cheese Souffle KRW 16000, Black Cloud KRW 13000 and Dessert Sampler KRW 24000.
The items are aptly named in reference to the weather.

The limited edition lenini-themed cake and drinks are lenini Mont-blanc KRW 14800 and lenini Day KRW 7800 respectively.
It also comes with complimentary lenini fan and photo cards.
The cake tastes average and a tad dry. The portion of the drink is actually half of the cup seen.
Overall, the cafe itself is interesting enough to explore and chill in.
