Seoul Yummy So-Myon/Ramen Menu & Gochujang Crab for National Day Month

Seoul Yummy has always been keeping the menu exciting by introducing new creations every few months.

While famously known for their signature army stews, from now till 31st September 2019, relish in Seoul Yummy’s So-Myon series which feature five different flavours.

The So-Myon is unlike the typical Korean ramen which is usually stringy and chewier. These are softer, thinner, and symbolises longevity. Hence, they are often enjoyed during birthdays and wedding celebrations.

 

Menu

You can savour the So-Myon with Pork Belly $10.90++, Spicy Chicken $10.90++), Beef $12.90++, Clams $11.90++ or Samgyetang $13.90++, served in your choice of spicy Kimchi or Doenjang soup.

The kimchi soup is on the spicier side and comes with lots of kimchi too.

The thick slices of pork belly are really tender and definitely my pick with the So-Myon.

With an additional $3 to make it a set, you can get four pieces of pork dumplings and a barley drink.

The Steam Pork Dumplings with Jja Jang Stew (ala carte $6.80) is really tasty with the juicy meats and savoury sauce on top. Other toppings include Kimchi, BBQ Mayo and Fire Sauce.

If you like the Jja jang sauce, you can also try the Tteokbokki in Jja Jang Stew $7.80 that comes as a side dish.

In light of National Day, Seoul Yummy will be serving the Gochujang Crab (ala carte $15) at only $5.40++ with every Double Double set (1 signature stew, 1 appetizer and 1 dessert at $48.80++ for two diners) ordered.

The Gochujang Crab will be available in the whole of August.

Relish in the crispy fried soft shell crabs generously drenched with the sweet and spicy sauce.
